Stacey’s conscious melodies deliver a heartrending reminder of life’s lessons. The smoky vocals from Stacey along with an excerpt from May Angelou’s poem “A Brave and Startling Truth”
heightens a hair-raising emotion to the record.
Stacey’s live band The Shuffle provides upbeat jazz and funk fusion ignited by drums, keys, bass, and an electric guitar.

Born from a collaboration with Haden Gilgen aka DJ Spells, road tested and evolving into two different releases, firstly with her incomparable band, The Shuffle featuring Chris CK. The second, a lush live acoustic masterfully played by both Johnny Lawrence (EWH) on Double Bass and Ashton Sellars (Brockoflower) on Electric Guitar.
